Eli

Pauley

Creative Director, Performance Coach

Eli is a New York City-based teacher, and director who works with artists, actors, public speakers, authors, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven individuals using the engine of play within a strong framework of technique. She has taught at the National High School Institute (Cherubs) at Northwestern, Interlochen Arts Camp, Rutgers Summer Acting Conservatory, ArtsBridge, The Brimmer School, and the University of Utah.

Eli is an alum of the Interlochen Arts Academy and the BFA program at Rutgers/Mason Gross. She holds her MFA in Acting from the Yale School of Drama and completed a postgraduate fellowship in teaching and directing at the Juilliard School where she has worked on several productions.
